About El Caldito

Since 1984, El Caldito Soup Kitchen has served over 3+ million meals to the Las Cruces community. El Caldito's journey began at St. Andrews Church, offering a simple yet significant service: lunch sandwiches, available one day a week. This initiative was a collaborative effort by volunteer groups from St. Andrews, St. Paul's, Holy Cross, and the Jewish Temple. Today, El Caldito Soup Kitchen has grown significantly and serves 300-500 daily meals to individuals, families, and students. At El Caldito, we believe that access to food is a fundamental human right, our refuge provides nourishing meals to those in need. Join El Caldito's fight to end hunger in our community.

Race Details:

Registration - registration is accepted until 8:45 am on race day. Please visit the registration booth.

Race check in - Already registered? Check into the race via runsignup.com using your mobile device.

Race start time -5 K (3.1 Mi) begins at 9:00 am and 1 mile to begin after.

Visit our vendors - 9:00 am to 11:00 am for resources and giveaways!

Awards - Participant medals until supplies last, additional medals for the top finishers (1st, 2nd, 3rd place) for men and women age groups
