44th Annual Nautical 1 Mile & 6k Run/Walk

The 44th Annual Run/Walk for your Health is hosted by the Rogers City High School Cross Country Team

Saturday, August 15th, at 8:30 am Early packet pick up - Friday 6:00-8:00 pm (corner of Michigan and 1st Street) Race Day Registration is 7:00 -8:15 am (at Lakeside Pavillion)

Starting Times Start/Finish is at corner of Michigan and 1st Street

1Mile Run/Walk starts at 8:30 am Age Group Awards 10 & Under; 11-13; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79, 80+

6k Run starts at 9:00 am - Plaques for Overall Male and Female Winners/Age Group Awards (3 deep) to male & female winners in the following age groups: 13 & Under; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59;60-69; 70-79, 80+

6k Walk starts 1 minute after 6k Run - event is for people who will walk the entire 6k - no running. If you plan to run & walk you must sign up for the 6k Run. Age Group Awards (3 deep) to male & female winners in the following age groups: 13 & Under; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59;60-69; 70-79, 80+

Course takes place on paved bike paths and streets.

All who are registered by 8-1-26 will be guaranteed a T-shirt, those who register after 8/1/26 are not guaranteed a T-shirt/Size.
