Join us on Saturday, May 29, 2027, in Bellevue, Nebraska, for the 4th Annual American Heroes Run!

Choose from the Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K and enjoy a race through Bellevue while honoring our American heroes.

Race Day Information

Half Marathon / 10K Start: 7:00 AM 5K Start: 7:10 AM

Start/Finish Location: American Heroes Park Bellevue, NE 68005

Arrival: Please be at the starting line at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.

Parking: Parking at American Heroes Park will be limited. Overflow parking will be available at Haworth Park, south of Mission Avenue. Please arrive early and allow additional time for parking and walking to the start area.

Course Overview

All three events will start and finish at American Heroes Park. The courses will utilize portions of American Heroes Park, Old Town Bellevue, and the Bellevue Loop Trail.

The course will feature a mix of city streets and paved trails.

Aid Stations: Approximately every 2 miles Course Time Limit: 4 hours, with an 11:00 AM cutoff

Refunds, Deferrals & Race Packet Shipping

All American Heroes Run registrations are final and nonrefundable.

We understand that plans can change. If you’re unable to participate, you have the following options:

Defer Your Registration: Transfer your entry to the 2028 American Heroes Run for a $10.00 administrative fee. All deferral requests must be completed by May 15, 2027. Registrations may only be deferred once.

Race Packet Shipped: Race shirt and finisher medal can be mailed out for a $14.99 shipping and handling fee. All deferral requests must be completed by May 15, 2027. Packets will be mailed out within 5 business days after race day.

Race Day Weather Policy

The American Heroes Run will take place rain or shine!

However, participants and volunteer safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather or other hazardous conditions, race organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, postpone, or cancel the event.
