Blood Sugar Rumbler
The Blood Sugar Rumbler takes you through some of most beautiful areas of The Lewis and Clark National Forest just North West of Helena Montana. This event supports the Montana Youth Diabetes Alliance and their summer camp scholarship fund to help kids with diabetes get to summer camp. Riders will have two different ride options to choose from, either the Rumbler for 50 miles or the Bumbler for 26 miles.
The Rumbler includes a new route this year with 4,000+ft of climbing within 50 miles of forest services roads and is geared towards the more advanced gravel rider or rider looking to push themselves. The climbs are challenging and somewhat technical yet the down hills are worth it. Many miles of this route takes you along the famous Tour Divide Race along the Continental Divide.
The Bumbler is 26 miles of an out and back, rolling dirt road that follows the Prickly Pear Creek through a beautiful canyon. This is a great route for anyone just looking for a fun morning out with friends. Both courses will have aid stations with water, Hammer Nutrition products and food.
