Changing Lives 2nd Annual Event - Monster Dash 5K for Mental Health Awareness

Mental Health Awareness: Join us for the 2nd Annual Event the Monster Dash 5K Fundraiser hosted by Changing Lives — a fun, family-friendly event dedicated to raising awareness and critical funding for the organization’s Mental Health & Continuum of Care Program.

Mental health support plays a vital role in helping individuals and families achieve long-term stability and success. Unfortunately, affordable mental health services have remained out of reach for many people experiencing — or at risk of — homelessness. Proceeds from this event will directly support access to therapy, counseling, and ongoing care services that were previously unavailable to many of our clients.

This exciting community event welcomes participants of all ages — including walkers, runners, families with strollers, individuals using wheelchairs or walkers.

Participants can choose from several fun ways to join the event:

Monster Dash 5K Run or Walk Kids Pumpkin Dash ( age appropriate distance ) Zombie Sleep-In Option for those who want to support the cause from home

Everyone is encouraged to wear their favorite Halloween costumes and festive attire.

Event Highlights:

Halloween-themed T-shirts and finisher medals for all 5K participants and Zombie Sleep-In supporters (Participants must register by September 30 to guarantee a T-shirt.)

The Kids Pumpkin Dash features age-appropriate distances for children up to 12 years old. Every child participant will receive a pumpkin at the finish line and a commemorative youth T-shirt. (Youth participants must register by September 30 to guarantee a shirt.)

Halloween costume contests, including categories for participants

Live music, healthy snacks and refreshments, and family-friendly activities for kids

Come celebrate Halloween while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community. Every registration helps provide hope, healing, and access to essential mental health services.
