Light breakfast and water is provided to all registrants. Music, activities, and games are held throughout the day! Top prizes will be awarded to the fastest times. And for the kids, we will host a Kids Fun Run. Bring your family and friends for a day of fun held in memory of Cheryl Walker.
The Cheryl L. Walker Scholarship at Mount Saint Mary College
Cheryl Walker MS, RN, ACNS-BC, CWCN was a devoted nurse for almost forty years when she passed away from lung cancer in January 2016. All proceeds will support Cheryl Walker's Nursing Scholarship. Her family started this nursing scholarship in her name to honor her memory, and to pay forward to the profession she loved so much.
She worked in multiple areas of the field, and was very esteemed and highly regarded by colleagues in each. In her free time, she loved to run, hike, spend time with her tight-knit family and, walk her beloved dogs. Her three children and their families hope to continue the Cheryl WALKorRUN for years to come.
