In celebration of Bone and Joint Action Week, Cornerstone Orthopedic Institute will host its inaugural 5k Run/Walk to promote joint-friendly activity, prevention & awareness for orthopedic disorders such as trauma, spine diseases, arthritis, osteoporosis, and pediatric musculoskeletal conditions.
After event expenses, all net proceeds will go directly toward helping patients in need by easing the burden of medical costs and making essential orthopedic care more accessible.
Together, we can take meaningful steps toward healthier movement, injury prevention, and lifelong bone and joint health.
5K Run: 8:00 a.m.
♀️ 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk: 8:10 a.m.
Arrival Time: Please arrive by 7:30 a.m. for parking, stretching, and warm-up activities.
Refreshments and a hydration station will be available after you cross the finish line!

T-Shirt Size Deadline: September 19, 2026
Participants registered after this date are not guaranteed their exact race shirt size. Remaining shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis during packet pickup while supplies last.
