Dash and Dine

Registration Start- 9:00am Race Start Time- 10:30 Race Purpose: To bring the community together and feast

Entry Price: Dashing only-$55 ($65 day of) Dine & Dash- $95 ($105 day of)

Join us for an exciting 5K Run featuring a scenic double-loop course through FDR Park. Whether you’re running for a personal best or taking it at your own pace, walkers are welcome!

Every finisher will receive a commemorative finisher medal and an official event T-shirt. A water station will be located halfway through the loop to keep participants hydrated.

After crossing the finish line, enjoy light refreshments while you recover before sitting down to a delicious BBQ meal, included with your registration. The menu features grilled chicken, grilled fish, fresh vegetables, and more, making it the perfect way to refuel and celebrate your accomplishment.
