⚠️ COURSE CHANGE – PLEASE READ Due to NCDOT road construction on Bethania–Rural Hall Road, we are unable to use our previous course.

️ Course Details • USATF‑Certified 5K Course for accurate, official results • Gun Start with Chip Timing for precise race tracking • Flat, Fast Out‑and‑Back Route along a protected lane of Broad Street • Runner, Walker, Stroller & Family‑Friendly Layout • Spectator‑Friendly Course with strong community support

10K Race Update A 10K will not be offered in 2026. We plan to revisit the addition of a 10K next year once a suitable route is identified and certified off Broad Street.

Early Packet Pick-Up Thursday, October 22: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Friday, October 23: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: AgSouth Farm Credit 340 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd. Rural Hall, NC 27045

Race Day Packet Pick-Up & Registration Opens at 6:30 AM at Rural Hall Elementary School

Online and walk-up registration available Participants registering after October 21 at 6:00 PM must pick up packets on race morning

 Race Shirts • Adults: Hanes Sport™ Cool Dri moisture‑wicking shirts with 50+ UPF sun protection • Youth: Hanes soft 50/50 cotton/poly blend shirts  Awards & Prizes

 Olympic‑Style Age Group Medals Awarded to top finishers in each group: • Under 10 • 10–14 • 15–19 • 20–24 • 25–29 • 30–34 • 35–39 • 40–44 • 45–49 • 50–54 • 55–59 • 60–64 • 65–69 • 70+

 Halloween Costume Contest  Cash Prizes • 1st Place: $50 • 2nd Place: $30 • 3rd Place: $20

 Water & Finish Line Treats  • Water station at the halfway point • Finish‑line refreshments include bottled water, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, chocolate milk, cookies, fruit, Gatorade, and more  Entertainment & Atmosphere • Live DJ throughout the event • Piedmont Cheering Hearts senior squad welcoming runners at the finish • Award ceremony with photo opportunities • Spectator‑friendly course with strong community support

 Race Guidelines • No pets allowed for safety reasons (service animals permitted) • Cyclists will follow the final runner to ensure a safe finish and timely results 
