Calling all superheroes! Join FKSI's 14th Superhero 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Whether you race in-person at Turley Park in Carbondale, Illinois, or complete your 5K virtually from anywhere in the universe, every step helps change lives.

When you participate, you're helping provide food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, education, and opportunities to children and families in Southern Illinois, Bangladesh and The Gambia. Every registration supports FKSI's mission to support, educate and empower those in need.

Pre-Register by Monday, September 7 to guarantee your event t-shirt.

Friday, September 18, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Turley Park (Shipping available for virtual participants)

Day of Registration opens at 8:00am; t-shirts available while supplies last
