Greater Rochester Running Club Autumn Potluck

GRRC is again offering an autumn potluck. This time we're at Powderhorn Lodge at Powder Mills Park in Pittsford.

Potluck Directions!

This year, the theme is soup and salad! GRRC is providing tossed salad and all the paper plates, bowls, napkins, and utensils. The president is making turkey chili.

Please bring a soup, salad, side, dessert, snacks, or drinks. As we get closer, we'll likely have a potluck link for food so we don't have seven chilis, one tomato soup, a dozen cookies, and no drinks. Please bring your own serving utensils.

The is free to members, prospective members, and their guests, but space is limited and registration is required to ensure we plan appropriately. An optional donation page is available if you'd like to help cover the cost of the lodge and club-sponsored food.

Activities

Given the informal nature of the potluck, times are approximate.

3:30 p.m.: Bring in potluck items

3:45 p.m. (or shortly thereafter): Choice of trail or road fun run/walk

4:50 p.m.: Food set-up completed after any stragglers arrive; lunch follows once it's set up.

5 p.m.: Dinner

5:45 - 6:30 p.m.: Trivia, maybe tabletop games, and socialization.

Participants are welcome to bring their own games to add to the mix!
