Individual, Doubles and Relay Team Heats Available!
*Individual & Doubles competitors run 1000m (.62 miles) every round. Doubles teams can split up the HYROX zones.
*Relay teams are teams of 4 and each person completes 2 running laps and 2 of the HYROX zones.
