Heppe Chiropractic 15K & 5K

Heppe Chiropractic is excited to host the 5th Annual Heppe 15K/5K on Saturday, May 29, 2027!

Join us in beautiful downtown Fredericksburg for either the 15K or 5K distance. This scenic course takes runners along the Rappahannock River, through historic downtown Fredericksburg, and along portions of the Heritage Trail and Canal Path. The race begins and ends at Riverfront Park on Sophia Street.

What started as a local race has continued to grow year after year, bringing together runners, walkers, families, and community supporters from across the region. We can't wait to make 2027 our biggest event yet.

One of the most meaningful parts of this race is giving back. In previous years, proceeds have supported organizations including Empowerhouse, Mental Health America of Fredericksburg, the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank, and the Fairy Godmother Project. Our 2027 beneficiary will be announced soon.

Registration is now open, and we encourage participants to sign up early to secure the best pricing and guarantee race swag.
