Indian Trail 5K Run, Kids Mile, & Non-Competitive 5K Walk

The Indian Trail 5K Run, Kids Mile, & Non-Competitive 5K Walk is located on the grounds of Mississinewa High School in Gas City, IN. The 5K is a fundraiser for the Mississinewa Cross Country program which is made of the high school team, middle school team, and the Indians Elementary running club. The course runs the perimeter of the athletic fields with multiple loops through the woods. This course is fun, fast, and challenging. Preview Video of Cross Country Course

Registration 8:20 - 9:20 am Kids Mile Run 9:30 - 9:45 am 5K Race 10:00 - 10:45 am Non-Competitive Walk 10:00 - 10:45 am Awards will follow shortly after.

Discounts available for military, first responders, Mississinewa cross country alumni, teachers, current middle school or high school cross country or track athlete.

5K Run (Top 3 Male & Female Finishers in each Age Division) Overall Female and Male Runner Awards 14 & Under 15-19 yrs old 20-29 yrs old 30-39 yrs old 40-49 yrs old 50-59 yrs old 60+ In addition to the age division winners, we will give special Awards to the youngest 5K run finisher and the oldest 5K run finisher.
