5th Annual Langley and McLean Crew Turkey Trot 5K Fun Run

Race Date and Time: Saturday, November 28 at 9:00am Race Location: Langley High School 6520 Georgetown Pike McLean, VA 22101 Race Start time: 9:00am

Join us Thanksgiving weekend for a fun, community 5K supporting Langley Crew and McLean Crew. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome.

Crew is a varsity club sport and does not receive direct funding from Fairfax County Public Schools or Fairfax County. Race registrations and donations help both programs cover essential costs, including equipment, coaching, transportation, regattas, and financial assistance for rower dues.

After the race, stay for music, coffee and food trucks, and sweet treats from the bake sale. Bring your friends and family to cheer you on and enjoy the festivities.

Race-Day Arrival Please plan to arrive between 8 and 8:30 a.m. to pick up your race bib and T-shirt and get ready for the 9 a.m. start. Coffee, breakfast items, and sweet treats will be available for purchase.

Parking Free parking is available near the race start and finish at Langley High School. The course map identifies the entrance and parking areas.

Registration Fees: 5K: $40 through October 31 $50 November 1 through Race Day

Participants who register by November 1 will receive a commemorative race T-shirt. T-shirt cannot be guaranteed for registrations after that date.

Online registration will remain open through race day at 8:30 am. All registrations must be completed online.

Advance Packet pick up: Tuesday, November 24 from 4:30-7:30pm at Langley High School, Door 14 Lobby.

Race day pick up will be available from 8:00-8:30am.

Weather and Cancellation Policy

The race will be held rain or shine. If inclement weather poses a safety risk to participants or volunteers, organizers may cancel the event. Registration fees are non-refundable. Registered participants will receive cancellation information by email no later than 8:00am on Race Day, and updates will be posted on the registration page, team websites & social media channels.
