Meals for Miles 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K

Lace up your running shoes and join us for the inaugural Miles for Meals 5K Run/Walk & Kids 1K, benefiting 507 Food Share. Whether you're chasing a personal best, enjoying a walk with family and friends, or cheering on your little runner, every registration helps increase access to nutritious food for neighbors in southern Minnesota.

The race begins and ends at the beautiful Next Chapter Winery, taking participants along a scenic gravel route through the countryside. After crossing the finish line, stick around to celebrate with fellow participants, enjoy the winery, and support a great cause.

Event Details

5K Run/Walk: Open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities

Kids 1K: A fun race designed just for children

Course: Scenic gravel roads with gently rolling terrain

Start & Finish: Next Chapter Winery

Costumes are encouraged!

Race Day Details:

Kids 1K start: 10:30am

5K Run/Walk start: 11am

Packet pick-up and on-site registration opens at 9:30am.

Free event parking is available at Next Chapter Winery. Please follow posted signs and volunteer directions upon arrival.

After the race: Stick around after the race for the Miles for Meals Market, featuring local vendors! A portion of sales will support 507 Food Share.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers, top three boys and girls in the Kids 1K, the top individual costume, and the top group costume.

Your participation directly supports 507 Food Share's mission of increasing access to nutritious food in southern Minnesota. Every mile you complete helps provide meals, strengthen our community, and ensure more families have access to healthy food.
