Mighty Montour 4-Miler

The Mighty Montour 4-Miler is a 4-mile out-and-back race along the Montour Preserve's Chilisuagi Trail near Washingtonville, PA. The well-maintained, mostly flat course features a mix of grass, gravel, and forest floor, making for a beautiful fall morning on the trail!

In past years, the Mighty Montour has followed a complete loop around Lake Chillisquaque. Due to ongoing construction at the reservoir's spillway, this year's race will instead feature an out-and-back course along the Chilisuagi Trail.

Proceeds from the race directly benefit the Bloomsburg Area YMCA's BAY Swim Team, so come enjoy a morning at the Preserve while supporting our local swimmers!
