OSU DPT 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser 2026

Lace up your running shoes and meet us on campus for the Ohio State DPT 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser on Saturday, October 4, 2026! All funds raised will go towards professional development opportunities for the Class of 2028 - covering students' membership dues to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as well as helping to send students to APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting in Philidelphia, Pennsylvania February 4-6th, 2027. CSM is a National Physical Therapy Conference which provides an opportunity to network with other professionals and explore new research in the field of physical therapy.

The race will be held at the Ohio State University RPAC/Oval/Coffey route; located at 1801 Neil Avenue, Columbus 43210. Parking can be found alongside the stadium area. Check-in on race day will be from 8-9 am with race start time at 9 am. There will also be a virtual option which can be completed anytime during race week for anyone who is not able to attend the run/walk in-person but still wants to support our class! We also have a kids fun run for anyone 12 and under which will be held contingent on sign ups. We will have prizes for race winners and coupons available for participants as well as a raffle for additional prizes from our community partner. These include Fleet Feet, Barnes and Noble, Northstar Cafe, and more! All participants will receive a raffle ticket upon check in on race day and additional raffle tickets will be sold at the event to support our program. There will be an item raffled off to virtual participants as well.
