This race consists of 1 mile walk/run, 5k, and 10k. The races begin at 9am in front of the ambulance building on 3rd street.
The pre-registration charge is $30.00 for 13 years old and over and $15.00 for 12 years old and younger. This fee includes a t-shirt while supplies last.
There is turkey rice soup afterwards and snacks at the ambulance building.
All proceeds support the Newport Fire Company, Newport Ambulance, Newport Library and Newport Senior Citizens.
*Pre-registration packs can be picked up on Tuesday November 24, 2026 from 6-7 at the Newport Ambulance Building.
