Runners in each times will be awarded medals. Top 3 men and women in each one
Course is on the Panama Trails and 4+ miles for each looop
When your time is up you must check in at the finish
Ruckers are welcome to run/hike
Ruckers register on line your hours and let people know at check in you are rucking
Restroom,snacks,drinks in the Community Center
Runners may set up tents in lot by the trails but must go by the Community Center each loop to get counted
