Every community has people who are struggling. Some need food. Some need encouragement. Some need someone to believe in them. Others simply need to know they are not alone.

That is why we run.

The Race for Grace 5K exists to support The Grace Place, a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to meeting the spiritual, physical, emotional, and social needs of people throughout Batesville, Panola County, and the surrounding communities.

Since 2017, The Grace Place has brought together churches, businesses, schools, civic organizations, first responders, and neighbors who believe that lives can be changed when a community serves together. Guided by its mission—

"Sharing the Grace of Christ Through Meeting Needs."

—the organization has become a place where hope is restored, burdens are shared, and lives are transformed.
