Join the Race of Hope 5K Run/Walk to Defeat Depression through the tranquil neighborhoods and beautiful waterfront paths of Palm Beach, FL. A signature event of Hope for Depression Research Foundation, the Race of Hope raises funds for groundbreaking depression research. With over 1,000 racers wearing HDRF's signature yellow, this special event serves as a powerful reminder that no one is alone in their struggle with mental health. Gather your friends, family, and coworkers for this life-saving cause, which has become a local favorite on the Palm Beach social calendar.

100% of all proceeds go directly to groundbreaking research supported by Hope for Depression Research Foundation.

Fundraising Team captains and participants who have indicated they plan on fundraising will receive a link to their custom dedicated race fundraising page within one business day of registration.

The first 1100 race participants to pick up their packet will receive a race pullover, hat, and shirt. All racers receive a medal at the finish line. Strollers and dogs are warmly welcomed at this rain or shine event.
