Rise and Grind Fitness Ugly Sweater 5K

Don we now our gay apparel and fa-la-la-la-low us to the first annual Rise and Grind Fitness Ugly Sweater 5K!

Break out your ugliest, tackiest, most questionably festive sweater and join us for a little holiday cheer, exercise, and 3.1 miles of wondering why you didn't just stay home and drink eggnog.

The Ugly Sweater 5K will take place on Saturday, December 19, 2026, beginning and ending at Rise and Grind Fitness, 821 S 8th St, Lillington, NC 27546.

Whether you're chasing a personal best, jogging with friends, or simply hoping your sweater distracts everyone from your pace, this race is for you. Runners and walkers of all experience levels are welcome!

So, grab your friends, lace up your running shoes, and find the most gloriously awful sweater you can get your hands on! Expect festive fun, plenty of Christmas spirit, and a great excuse to burn a few calories before the holiday feasting begins.

Best of all, a portion of the proceeds from the race will be donated to local charities, so every mile helps support our community this holiday season!

Ugly sweaters are strongly encouraged. Good taste is not.
