Silver Bells 5K
Join us for the 14th Annual Silver Bells 5K Race, presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network. Enjoy the start of the holiday season with a 5K race to celebrate Silver Bells in the City, Lansing's signature event. Participants will be able to run/walk the 5K marked course in downtown Lansing.
We look forward to seeing you at the starting line!
The costume contest categories are holiday traditional, festive sweater and holiday movies.
If you would like to take part in the contest, please check in at the Blue Cross Blue Shield tent by 8:45 AM. Volunteers will be taking pictures of the contestants. Winners will be announced via email after the race and prizes will be mailed to individuals.
Any realized proceeds benefit the Chris and Louise Holman Foundation and Silver Bells in the City. To date, more than $66,000 has been donated to local organizations that support at-risk youth in our Mid-Michigan communities.
