 Spooky Sprint 5K & 1-Mile Family Fun Walk 

Date: October 3, 2026 Location: Muskingum Family YMCA Start Time: 9:30 am-5K 1Mile walk 9:40 am Race day pick up will begin at 8:15 am

Get ready for a wicked good time at the Spooky Sprint 5K and 1-Mile Walk! This race is full of tricks, treats, and healthy fun. Dress in your favorite costume and race through our spooktacular course. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a scenic stroll with family/friends on the tree-lined Collegial Woods trail, this Halloween-themed event has something for everyone. * Strollers and leashed pets are welcome for the 1-Mile Walk — the more the scarier *

Event Highlights ⏱️Professionally timed 5K 率‍♂️Family-friendly 1-Mile Walk; kids 10 and under are free with a paid registered adult 履Costume contest with prizes Trick-or-Treat stations along the route  Finish line snacks Post-race festivities: hay wagon ride, photo wall, cornhole, and more

Awards & Prizes: All paid registered participants in the 5K/1-Mile Walk will receive a finisher medal and race t-shirt (Shirt not guaranteed after Sept. 20th.)  Top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers (5K)  Age Group Winners (5K) • Ages 10 & under • Ages 11–14 • Ages 15–19 • Ages 20–29 • Ages 30–39 • Ages 40–49 • Ages 50–59 • Ages 60-69 • Ages 70+

Entry Fees (non-refundable) 5K - $30.00 After August 15th - $35.00. 1 Mile Walk - $20.00 After August 15th - $25.00. Add $5.00 to your entry late-day registration. No Refunds All participants registered by September 20th are guaranteed a t-shirt. Extra shirts will be on a first come first served basis. Proceeds will benefit the Muskingum County Family YMCA
