Get ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day weekend at the Springfield Shamrock Shuffle!

Join us on Saturday, March 13, 2027, at 8:00 AM for a fun, festive, family friendly 2 mile run and walk through beautiful Washington Park in Springfield, Illinois!

Whether you’re chasing a personal best, running with friends, walking with your family, or introducing your little ones to their first race, the Springfield Shamrock Shuffle is an event for everyone!

All ages and abilities are welcome. Our goal is to bring the community together for a morning of fitness, family fun, and St. Patrick’s Day spirit!

 The Course & Race Experience

The Springfield Shamrock Shuffle features a scenic 2 mile course consisting of one full lap around Washington Park!

Whether you’re an experienced runner looking to set a new 2 mile personal record or a first time participant looking to enjoy the experience, this course has something for everyone.

Looking to set a new 2 mile PR? We’ve got you covered!

We’ll have pacers available to help you reach your goal finish time!  12 minute finish: 6:00 per mile pace  14 minute finish: 7:00 per mile pace  16 minute finish: 8:00 per mile pace  18 minute finish: 9:00 per mile pace

Whether you’re chasing a fast finish time or enjoying a leisurely walk, you’ll find plenty of encouragement along the way!

 Overall & Age Group Awards

 Registration Information

Registration is limited to just 300 participants! Be sure to secure your spot early before the race sells out.

 Finisher Medals: Every registered participant will receive a commemorative finisher medal!

 Long Sleeve Race Shirts: Register by March 1, 2027, to guarantee your long sleeve race shirt. After March 1, shirts will be available only while supplies last.
