Steps Towards Healing 5K and Wellness Festival

Join the Peaceful Connections Counseling Practice for a meaningful morning of movement, connection, and community wellness at the Steps Toward Healing 5K & Wellness Festival. This unique event brings together individuals, couples, teens, families, and community partners to promote mental wellness, strengthen relationships, and create a space where healing and connection are celebrated.

After the 5K run/walk, you are invited to the Wellness Village where there will be educational resources & opportunities to connect with local providers and organizations. Participants will experience the powerful connection between physical movement, emotional health, and community support.

Our mission is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by making wellness resources more accessible, creating conversations that matter, and reminding our community that healing happens through connection. We will also have a dedicated 'Kid Zone' for enjoyment of joyful activities.

Proceeds from this event support Peaceful Connections Counseling Practice’s community wellness initiatives, including educational workshops, support groups, mental health retreats, outreach programming, and mental health resources for individuals and families.
