Team up! 5K

Join us on Saturday, October 3rd for our annual TEAM UP! 5K, starting at 8:00 am. Run the race to try to win a prize or walk the course with a Team of friends!

The race starts/finishes at 8:00 am at: The Salvation Army, Fairfax Corps Community Center 4915 Ox Road Fairfax, VA 22030

Our annual 5K is a fundraiser and community-building event in support of the Salvation Army's free afterschool programs that serve the Fairfax County community. Funds raised help us to provide:

Character building programs

Music Instruction

Homework Help

A warm meal for every student each day....And More!

5K Registration Fees: $35 through June 30 $40 July 1 through August 31 $45 September 1 through Race day (October 3)

$20 for 16 & Under participants

Online registration will remain open through race morning. All registrations must be done online.

T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for all participants registered by September 15th. Participants who register after September 15th, will receive a t-shirt on a first come, first served basis until our supply runs out.

Teams of runners are welcome and encouraged!

Packet pick up will on Race morning, Saturday, October 3 starting at 6:45 am.

Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female overall finishers!

Race Day Event Timeline!

6:45 am - Race day registration & packet pick-up opens

7:45 am - Warm up

8:00 am - 5K Run and Walk starts

After the race, stay and enjoy music, post race snacks, and visit our sponsor booths.

The Race will be clock timed only.
