The 7th TORRANCE TROT 5K Run/Walk

Everyone has been touched by mental illness in some way--either through our own struggle or through witnessing the struggle of a friend or family member. Please help put an end to the stigma of mental illness by joining us for the 7th Torrance Trot (benefitting the Torrance State Hospital-Patient Fund). Awards will be given to the top overall male/female finisher and top finisher in each age group.

Together, as a community, we will no longer stand for judgment and we will recognize that ALL people deserve to live their best possible

LAST DAY TO ORDER A SHIRT IS AUGUST 7th, 2026

There will also be a free Kid's fun run (ages 9 and under, begins at 0830) and all participants will receive a participation medal. We will have a limited amount of kid's size t-shirts available as well for $5.00. If you are interested in having your child participate in the fun run please call: Susannah at 724-459-4675 (you can still sign up race day, but this preregistering will help us with planning).
