The Good KARMA 5K

Sponsored by The Commonwealth Trust Company, The Good KARMA 5K is the Spread Good Karma Foundation's first annual race — one more way we're working toward making Delaware healthier, with hopes of lowering healthcare costs through preventative wellness.

We believe access to fitness, wellness, and community shouldn't come with a price tag. Free yoga, meditation, walk clubs, and other forms of wellness are accessible on our calendar every week — no membership required, just a place to invest in your health. By removing the financial barriers to movement and connection, we're working to lower healthcare costs, ease the mental health crisis, and help Delaware residents live healthier, more connected lives. Every registration and sponsorship dollar raised through the Good KARMA 5K goes directly toward funding our mission.

Join us Sunday, November 15th at Conaty Park in Trolley Square for a morning of movement and community. Just like our KARMA run club — all paces are welcome and encouraged. Run, jog, walk, just show up for yourself. And everyone who does helps fund our mission to bring accessible wellness to our neighbors across Delaware.
