What is a Virtual 5k anyway?

A virtual 5K is a race you can complete whenever and wherever you like. Use a phone app or smartwatch, such as MapMyRun or Strava, to time yourself. After finishing, submit your results (instructions below), receive your SWAG in the mail, and download your race certificate to celebrate your achievement!
