No matter where you live or how you move, you can be part of the Grind City Hustle Virtual 5K!

Throughout the month of October, participants will complete a 5K (3.1 miles) at their own pace, on their own schedule, and from any location. Run, walk, jog, hike, or roll, every step makes a difference in the fight against Parkinson's disease.

The Grind City Hustle Virtual 5K benefits the Grind City Parkinson's Project, a Memphis-based nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness, supporting individuals and families affected by Parkinson's disease, and advancing research through our partnership with the Michael J. Fox Foundation.

Event Details  Participation Window: October 1–31

 Location: Anywhere! Your neighborhood, favorite park, trail, treadmill, or track.

 Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
