The Kilbourne Labor Day 5K has long been a standout Worthington tradition—bringing together families, neighbors, alumni, and runners of all ages to support the Worthington Kilbourne Boys and Girls Cross Country teams. This race isn’t just about finishing times—it’s about community, school spirit, and helping our athletes grow on and off the course.

 In 2026, we’re excited to return to Worthington Hills Elementary School!

Get ready for a fun, lively course in one of our community’s most welcoming spaces.

The event is organized and supported by the WKHS Cross Country athletes and the dedicated Worthington Kilbourne Cross Country Boosters. Their effort keeps this tradition strong—your participation helps fuel their success.
