Topeka Turkey Trot

Join Fleet Feet this Thanksgiving morning, November 26th, for the 2nd Annual Topeka Turkey Trot! Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, the Topeka Turkey Trot returns as a community-focused tradition to kick off the holiday. We had a tremendous first year and we are excited to build off that momentum!

Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome, whether you’re aiming for a personal best, enjoying a relaxed walk with friends and family, or simply taking part in the festive atmosphere. From experienced runners to those trotting for the pie, this event celebrates movement, gratitude, and togetherness before the Thanksgiving meal.

We have a new and exciting race location this year; Forbes Field! We are very excited to be partnering with the Combat Air Museum this Thanksgiving season. We will still have our kids 1K race, a 5K and 10K option! This is a USATF certified course, entirely flat, paved, and follows the wide asphalt airport taxiways and access roads surrounding Forbes Field. This makes it highly accessible for both high-speed runners and walkers.
