Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer Race

We are excited to welcome the community back for the 2026 Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Milliken Arboretum! Serious runners, casual joggers, and walkers alike will come together for a great day supporting an even greater cause as we run, walk, and rally in support of local children battling cancer and the families who stand beside them.

Last year, the Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer raised more than $65,000 to benefit Upstate children through Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. This cross-country fun run and 5K race helps children fighting the toughest battles of their lives by providing critical support to families throughout treatment. Let’s show up, move our bodies, and rally together in support of these strong and brave children!

Race Shirts Included! Super cool race shirts are included with registration. Sign up by August 28th to guarantee your shirt size. Limited availability after that.

Strut with a Team!

Gather your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors to join you to Strut as a team! Fun team names and matching outfits? Absolutely. Making a meaningful impact on the lives of local children facing pediatric cancer? Even better.

Trophies for Most Spirited Team, Largest Team, and Top Fundraising Team will be awarded after the race!

How to Create/Join a Team:

Navigate to the Race Page

Select "Sign Up" to begin the registration process

Enter in all participant information

Select Join/Create a team If joining you can search for the team name

If the team has not been created you can select "Create Team"

From there you can type in team name and optional password

Follow additional registration steps to complete registration

Participants will receive a confirmation email of registration and team
