Forget the flowers. Grab your gang. ❤️

Step back into the Roaring ’20s and join us for the Valentine’s Day Massacre Spirits Run 5K/10K, where Al Capone-era history meets a cause worth fighting for.

This Valentine’s Day, we have one target in mind: Alzheimer’s disease.

We’re raising money to help massacre Alzheimer’s while having a little Spirits Run-style fun along the way.

Dress the part! Break out the pinstripes, suspenders, fedoras, pearls, fringe, and flapper dresses. Come as a gangster, a 1920s gal, or just show up ready to run or walk.

Run for the memories.  Come for the Al Capone history. Come for the costumes. Come for the run.

But most importantly, come help us fight a disease that takes away something incredibly precious: our memories.

Let’s make some memories while fighting a disease that steals them.
